Areas Of Interest For Further Improvement
         It is necessary to give recommendations for the growth of the churches. The recommendations are necessary and essential. Necessary in the sense that they are the right things to be done; and essential in the sense that churches will end up doing them. But they are not to serve as instruments and causes of discord and violence. The first and the last will get to the same destination. An Igbo proverb says that ‘where the runner gets to is where the walker will get to.’

Areas For Research and Development
         One thing that has enabled science and technology to prosper is research and development (R&D). That is exactly what Jesus meant when he said, ‘Seek and you will find’. Surprisingly, the churches that carry Bible about do not engage in research and development, while the scientists do. The result has being spiritual stagnation and sometimes blind faith. Churches, irrespective of denominations, should develop and enlighten their members on the following:
  1. Prophecy
    In future, only prophetic churches shall prove themselves strong and great. Day by day, prophecy shall become all the more relevant and convincing.

  2. Songs and Praises
    Often, out of ignorance, we mess up our songs and praises.

  3. Health and Nutrition
    The church of God is not a place for sickness.

  4. Legal Statements
    People need to be educated on the laws of the nations. God did this in details, during the time of Israelites in the Promised Land. The judiciary should conduct a thorough simplification of legal statements. Legal education of the citizenry is the first step to crime prevention.

  5. Prayers

  7. The Heavens
    The evil spirits and cultists know that there are principalities and powers. Yet, the children of God, who are the heirs of the kingdom, do not know that there are Heavens and Heavens. What a pity!

    My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hosea 4:6

  8. Herbal Medicine
    Much of our daily foods and drugs are derived from herbs and roots. Much of our illness can be prevented thereby.

  9. Spirituality or Basic Spiritual Science
    When you know the basics of spirituality, you will be surprised to know that the churches are doing so little and achieving so little, neglecting the main thing.

    But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:23,24

  10. Marriage
    Much is taken for granted about marriage. That is why divorce rate is high or on the increase. There should be special education of the youths, especially the girls, on human relationship, peaceful co-existence, actions and utterances, even on love and romance.

Necessary Infrastructures
         As the days go by, congregations shall need more of the following:
  1. Enough space for people to dance and rejoice, in praise of God (group by group).
  2. Quiet places, with or without chairs, where people can relax and meditate.
  3. Reduction in noise levels within the environments. Noise is not good to our health and spiritual growth.
And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat. Mark 6:31

“Come away by yourselves to a lonely place, and have rest for your souls.”
